After 13 years of negotiations, Brazilian mangoes can now enter the South Korean markets. The agreement, which followed several technical visits by the South Korean authorities, will allow Brazil to gain a good market share at this country. South Korea remains a major importer of exotic mangoes and fruits (14.5 million euros spent last year).

Brazil expects to increase exports of fresh agricultural products from 6.9% to 10% over a period of 5 years with special attention to the Asian market.
